"The room was very clean. Breakfast was excellent. The bathroom could do with a “lick of paint”. The staff were fine. Whilst small, I enjoyed two afternoons by/in the pool. A bit more signage would be helpful. Parking - there is a small free public CP 200m away. If that is full, you have to find a space in the road."

"The location is 10/10 right in the middle of Santa Ponsa and the beach is right on the doorstep. Lovely terrace bar/pool area with loungers. Staff very friendly and helpful. Place was clean enough but can start to see it’s deteriorating but still lovely. Spa and gym area was a let down for us the gym was missing loads of equipment like free weights that have been pinched/stolen and not replaced. The spa area was very run down also like the sauna and steam room which to be honest should have probably been closed as could have caused injury. Overall would recommend this hotel to others as the location is perfect and is nice overall with friendly and helpful staff."
