"Professional, accommodating, friendly, English speaking staff throughout. Facilities well maintained and clean. Hot springs one of the best in CR, with a variety of temperatures to suit anyone, and natural steam sauna, a nice compliment. Complimentary breakfast very good and plenty of healthy options, including vegan options. Bravo!"

"We had an incredible stay at Andaz Costa Rica Resort at Peninsula Papagayo! The property is absolutely stunning, surrounded by lush nature, breathtaking views, and a peaceful atmosphere. Every detail of the resort is thoughtfully designed, offering the perfect balance of luxury, relaxation, and Costa Rica’s Pura Vida spirit. The staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay, making the experience even more special. We visited to celebrate my husband’s birthday, and it was truly the perfect getaway. We left feeling refreshed and already looking forward to returning. Highly recommend this beautiful resort to anyone visiting Costa Rica!"

"Incroyable endroit de paix! Propriété magnifique avec chevaux, si singes… la cabane rustique tient bien c’est nom, c’est rustique! Mais l’expérience vaut la peine. Le manager sur place est d’une gentillesse et d’un dévouement incroyable! Sans voiture, l’endroit n’est pas très facile d’accès, mais avec une voiture il n’y a pas de problème. C’était le stop parfait avant de traverser au Nicaragua."

"This is a beautifully-crafted, very clean hotel. The staff are helpful and kind. Breakfast is cooked to order with beautiful trays of fresh fruit and excellent coffee. The grounds are lovely, and all around are huge, magnificent trees full of many birds. One one side of the hotel is a market, and on the order side is a very good restaurant. There are several beaches nearby, but my favorite beach is a short drive north in the wildlife refuge."

"Rancho Costafalo is a unique and very special place. It is remote and is situated in an idyllic setting on a large farm with an amazing botanical garden with species of citrus, palms, and rare cacti and a large beautiful pond. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed out two-night stay at the ranch. The accommodations are somewhat rustic, but offer everything we needed, a clean bed, nice bathroom and a pleasant deck. The ranch is about a 20-minute drive from the Santa Rosa National Park, which is well worth a visit for its historic significance and nice paved trails. It is also about 10 minutes from a small town with all the amenities. If you visit, be sure to stop by the tiny De La Abuella restaurant for dinner. Allan, the owners, is nice, friendly and helpful. He was very generous with us because we had forgotten to take cash and he footed the bill for our dinner and we reimbursed him later. We have a place in Guanacaste near Playa Grande. We plan to visit the ranch again the next time we are in the area. Melvin, the attendant at the ranch was very nice, polite and helpful. "
