"I reserved a Balinese bed but was not informed that there was a charge for this. I found out that there was a charge of 150Euros for it when I was paying my bill at check out.Had I known it was this expensive I would not have reserved one. I would have preferred to have spent the 150 Euros on lunch, drinks etc which would have been better value for money. Please can you inform staff to inform customers of the cost of reserving Balinese bed

"Perfect hotel. Located in quiet Campos, short drive to multiple beaches.
Staff were excellent and very attentive.
Facilities were the best I have experienced, beautiful room with balcony overlooking courtyard with pool.
We were able to book the spa and gym for ourselves which was lovely.
Would highly recommend"
"Great remote and peaceful place to stay outside of Palma but isn’t too far to drive to. Short drives to shops, bars and the airport. The whole places was very clean and the staff are so helpful and very responsive through WhatsApp."
"Der Aufenthalt im Hotel war sehr toll. Das Frühstück war fantastisch und die Angestellten ausnahmslos freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer sind sehr ruhig und die Klimaanlage funktionierte perfekt, fast geräuschlos.
Etwas schwierig war es einen Parkplatz an den umliegenden Straßen zu bekommen. Der Pool war etwas zu warm, was wahrscheinlich an der heißen Außentemperatur lag. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vielen Dank an das Team. "

I couldn’t have chosen better! 5 mins to the beach, excellent breakfast and dinner buffet options ( I had the half board), beautiful and spacious bedroom, nice shower, loved the pools… Front desk attendant also helped us buying the excursions, which was a big plus.. "Wow - where to start? We had the most amazing stay at Universal Hotel Marques. First of all the location is unbelievable: the only hotel in Colonia de Sant Jordi with this prime location: sea on three sides, and the last hotel before the start of the beach (Es Coto public beach which is part of the bay with the stunning Es Trenc beach). You cannot beat this location.
