"Une personne de l'accueil désagréable à notre arrivee à 9h30 car les chambres étaient données à 15h seulement. Sinon tout était parfait. Chambre de 80m² en duplex avec terrasse à l'étage. Personnel de ménage très courtois. Personnel du petit déjeuner très agréable. Choix important au buffet le matin. Piscine chauffée. Personnel du SPA très gentil. "Beautiful hotel and a great location. The staff were exceptional.Especially Nightshift reception staff when I had an issue. Plenty of beds buy the pool. No need to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve with a towel. Will definitely be returning."

"The hotel is spotless and staff are friendly and hardworking. Room furniture is old style, yet perfectly functional, mattress was comfy and linen pristine. Junior suite is massve, we were told we had an upgrade however the suite we got is what we had booked. We went AI and while the selection wasnt massive, it more than met our needs. As a vegan, there was oat and soya milk and plenty of vegetable dishes, with chickpeas or lentils on most menus. AI drinks wete fine bar closed at...

"You cannot beat the location. The rooms were very basic, but were clean and felt safe. Considering the prices being charged in Tenerife at the moment, this place was worth every penny. If I was returning again and looking for bargain accommodation, I would stay here again."
