"Hi, I cannot say enough excellent things, but I guess if I had to start at the top, I would say I took a taxi from the airport and I showed up at this amazing place and when I stepped out of the car, somebody greeted me by name and I was so confused and he looked at me and he said excuse me do you speak English because I was so stunned. I was like who could possibly know me here…. And that’s how I was treated…. like family. It was amazing! I feel like the listing doesn’t do it justice what this...

"Overall we had a great time. We stayed here for a full week and loved the pools, the spa, the beach bed setup and the beach itself. We had the VIP wristbands but needed to be "members" to eat anywhere else on the resort which is massive. So with just the buffet, the food was very medicore. Also, nothing is explained to you about what you do or don't have access to on the property which is difficult, you have to ask a lot of questions. The beach area for VIPs had a sushi bar which was VERY good...

"Terrible customer service, lack of communication, empathy, noticed the difference between customer with membership and without it, I also booked 2 double beds room a least nearby, and they placed us in different buildings. Never again! "

"Fue horrible, la mujer que me atendió fue súper grosera por teléfono, avisó media hora DESPUÉS de la hora del check in que cancelaba la reservación, entiendo que no tenía agua en la propiedad pero eso debió avisarlo por lo menos un día antes, nos dejó a mi familia y a mi sin alojamiento ese mismo día! "It is a very good spot, close to the historic center, the room is decent , clean, hot water which works, wifi, they have water in the lobby and coffee if you need. The staff is the best always friendly and atentive,specially Markus, but all of them are great.I booked for 3 nights originally which I was going to stay but the next day i hear constructions, so had to leave one day earlier and the hotel refunded my last night. Really appreciate what they did. It is a greta place. Would come again....

"Beautiful hotel room. Small but well arranged. Comfy bed and pillows with quality sheets. Even has a little balcony and patio to sit and sip coffee. Lovely restaurant and bakery next door for breakfast/dinner/yummy pizza & amazing baked goodies. Highly recommend! "
