"If I could give Gaia 10 stars, I would. The customer service is truly outstanding. We were a family of four, and after a 4-hour plane ride, a 2-hour customs line, and a 3½-hour drive from San José Airport, we arrived at the hotel completely exhausted. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warmth and care. "Nice little spot. Close to Manuel Antonio Beach and Manuel Antonio Park. Nice pool and hot tub you can use anytime. It's clean and has what you need. Breakfast is not included but is good and reasonably priced. It's on someone's private property. Parking is a bit tight but manageable. "

"This hotel is a jewel in Quepos. The location is wonderful with outstanding views. The facility is magnificent with well designed rooms and wonderful amenities. The staff is wonderful, friendly and always helpful. Their eco friendly approach is to be enjoyed and respected. Will definitely return to this magical place."

"This property is at an intersection on a main road and a bus stop shelter built into the facade in front of the hotel. Lots of steps to climb so keep that in mind with luggage. It is not near any markets or restaurants. Some rooms are renovated and others are not. The sliding doors have no screens and there and no privacy sheers. The unit was clean as well as the pool area and the manager was a rock star."

"Everything about the room and property was wonderful. I can't say enough of how thoughtfully well appointed was the room. They thought of everything in anticipation of guests needs, including sensors, unlimited coffee and lighting. The staff was incredible and especially the reception attendant Caleb, who helped us with sights and restaurant suggestions. Will be back if we come this way again. "Had an awesome view of rainforest from the room. Saw Tucan birds and monkeys from the room. The location is awesome with a 360 degree view from the top of the rainforest, mountains. Got to see beautiful sunrise and sunset. Restaurant and bar was nice as well. Highly recommend."

Parking a problem. There is suppose to be a parking lot but no signage. Parking crowed on the street All in all a nice place with easy access to everything"
