"Invasion of privacy just to check how many guest we had in there. We didn’t request or they didn’t even let us know they were coming in. Dead flies everywhere, and property looks nothing like the pictures. Owner came in yelling when we requested to speak to him for extra charges. 1 star hotel, not recommend ."

"Quite possibly one of my worst trips to Cabo. The most rudest staff members.. extremely unhelpful. Anytime you ask him a question they would say refer to the app. The concierge was absolutely horrid. It was more like a retirement home than an adult hotel. We pretty much stayed away from the hotel the entire time we were there. We were always at the sister hotels because the stuff was much nicer and friendlier.
