"This hotel is an amazing little gem in the heart of Condado. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had excellent air conditioning. There are coffee shops and restaurants close by. "

"Our preferred Marriott Bonvoy status with early checkin turned out to be a nightmare. Tired and hungry from travel all we wanted was to check in and they were behind by hours. We were not able to check in until 4:30. Not very happy to start our trip."

"I'm selfishly hesitant to write this review due to hotel size and availability; would like the hotel to stay the same and not deteriorate from overuse. Hotel is in a great location, lobby and room decor beautiful. Atmosphere great. Mattresses not great. Hot water comes and goes. If they fix this great, but if they don't, the hotel would still be my first choice whenever I'm in PR. Love it. I'm a General Manager of a large hotel and appreciate the thought and effort taken by hotel owner and staff...

"Very hard to contact. Very slow responses. Never make over to the phone call. Very unsupportive stuff. There are so many other hotels in San Juan with good customer service. Hyatt Place is definitely not the one you are looking for."

"Check in process was super efficient. I love the ambiance in the hallway and kitchen. The room was very clean, already cooled, and very practical. I had to make a last minute change to the reservation and the people were very polite and attentive. A really nice bonus was the area because we were in front of a churro bar and a mercado/bodega so it was perfect for a small vibe. Lastly, I really appreciated the bin of leftover sun-care products that can be used whenever. I really enjoyed my time...
