"I really like I could text what I needed instead of calling and the response time was very prompt. Everything was great! Very convenient right on the beach, swim up bar was great! Only thing I didn’t like was the furniture in the room was a little outdated."

"So I was traveling solo and wanted to try a new location so I decided to try this location and hotel I was so surprised how much I enjoyed this place it is literally 1 min from the beach and the staff was so friendly and welcoming with explaining places to visit that would be fun .. If your looking to explore the beach life / night life or just enjoy a relaxing time this is the place I would recommend.. when you walk out the hotel is just a short walk away to restaurants trust me you will enjoy the walk the neighborhood is very friendly so there’s no worries about walking alone there.."

"I chose this hotel because of the close proximity to the SJU airport because my family was flying out the next morning. I was surprised at how large the room was with two queen sized beds, a sofa and plenty of room to spread out luggage for our family of four. The room decor was lovely. The air conditioning worked well. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel and room was quiet, with no noise from the street below. Entire family was disappointed we didn't get to stay at this hotel longer. Very nice and will definitely stay here again if we are ever in the area."

"This was my first time in Puerto Rico went on a solo birthday trip. Andrea was the front desk host most of the time. She is absolutelyyyyy amazing. Made me feel completely welcomed and special. I will definitely stay there again and recommended it to all my friends.!!! thank you so much! The restaurant attached was also really nice. The staff was super friendly. Valet staff was great too thank you for a great trip."

"would have preferred better communication prior to attempting to checkin this is a self check in and a code is required to access the property and your room this information was never emailed or sent to us prior to checking in so we had to call the number posted on the locked front door once the info was rec'd there were no problems and we liked our room and our stay"

"The hotel was great and we enjoyed our stay. It does need some upkeep here and there. The beach was a bit underwhelming - a narrow stretch, with rocks in the water that can easily hurt your feet. While the water is very calm, the rocks can be a bit hard to navigate for younger kids. The pool was great but needed more upkeep. We arrived on July 4th and the pool area was packed. I noticed empty plastic cups in the bushes near the pool and even came across a plastic lid on the bottom of the pool. Some people had left their empty plastic cups near the edge of the pool. It was not a great first look, I must admit, but it got better during our stay, with fewer people around. The hotel needs to either incentivize people to bring their used pool towels back or have more personnel pick up the used towels. We found many pool chairs covered with wet towels, which made it hard to know if the person was still there or not. On the positive side, the fish pond and piano in the Garden wing were an absolute hit with my boys. We had fun feeding the fishes and the turtles and looking at the friendly iguanas roaming around. The ice cream shop, which is open 24 hours and also offers sandwiches, coffee and smoothies, is amazing. I recommend if you want a cheaper snack or breakfast than what the pricey restaurants in the hotel offer. Having a Starbucks there was also great. The stores were nice too, but overpriced."
