"This resort and hotel are really only geared up for good weather, and it was mixed in the week we spent here. When the sun was shining it was lovely but there isn't much to do in Portinatx when it isn't (public transport is limited). It also might have been better to go earlier in the season (we were 6 - 13 Oct), as within the hotel it felt like some things were running out and not being replaced, and many restaurants were closed. Overall, a nice trip but the quality of the hotel didn't match...

"I found that some members of staff should be more smiling (e.g. staff at the restaurant) or more customer-centric (e.g. check-in and check-out at the reception very transactional; not a warm welcome and at the check-out nothing like thank you for staying with us or we hope you enjoyed your stay, we look forward to seeing you again). "Jättebra läge med fantastisk utsikt över bukten och solnedgången. Nära till strand och restauranger och affärer. Hotellet känns gammalt och och har inte fått så mycket kärlek senaste åren. Hårda sängar och plastmöbler på balkongen. Men inget som skulle få oss att välja annat hotell. Fortfarande prisvärt!"

"Los Arcos, offers reliable self catering in Ibiza. They unfortunatley after suffering with major construction work/noise next door that over looked our apartment which is active during work days. If you want peace and quiet and plan to stay on site all day, then you need to consider this. "The hotel is very clean and the outside area is lovely! The design is dated, but that didn’t bother us. We were in Ibiza for our wedding food and wine tasting and we bought the remaining bottles back to the hotel. We were refused to borrow a glass to drink these on our balcony (the staff were rude) even though we had seen several people drinking cans from supermarket bags by the pool! "

"The location was ok and the hotel was as expected. It was very very quiet being off season though. The town is a 15 minute walk. The restaurant in the hotel is very expensive so we used a sandwich shop up the road. We booked this hotel because we came for the marathon & needed access to a gym, but the gym was a small room and the equipment was really old and most didn’t work.
