"I was mostly disappointed that we were not told that the property was under construction. Had I known this I would have chosen a different hotel. The elevators were closed to allow for construction, and one was broken. So only 1 of 3 elevators were functional. It took forever. The temp in the main areas was set at 77degrees! It was very warm other than in our room where we could set it cooler. Our bathroom needed a deep cleaning. I can see why they are trying to upgrade.

"I booked at this hotel because it had decent reviews and a pool. When we went down to use the pool though, it was not safe. The spa/hot tub was roped off with caution tape and the pool was foggy. Like, couldn't hardly see the drain at the bottom of the pool foggy. It was apparent looking at the steps into the pool that it's not clean. The water in a pool should be clear. Not only is it dangerous because clearly the pool is unclean and you're risking infection, but the visibility in foggy water...

"Excellent stay! Clean rooms, spacious rooms, centrally located, and friendly staff. The only issues we had was when we ate at the hotel restaurant our waiter only checked on us once and took entirely too long to bring us our checks. Also, our room keys sometimes would not scan on the elevator. But all in all, I would return!"

"When we stay in Cleveland, we always try to stay here if possible. When not on a budget, it's a nice splurge. I see splurge because you have to pay valet $50-$60 a night for parking. That can add up. Other than that, we enjoy staying at this property because we enjoy the 2 floor rooms that have the main living area downstairs and the sleep area/bathroom upstairs. There's also a bathroom downstairs near the kitchen. Great for our family! And the fact that this property is so close to Rocket...
