Hotel dekat Playhouse Theatre Whitstable

"Staff were wonderful as was the room and the food available in the restaurant. Only disadvantage was the lack of car parking but that still wouldn’t put us off returning."

"Vi fik ikke tilsendt koden til indtjekning, og forsøgte selv på flere måder at skaffe den. Først 3. forsøg - ved telefonopringning, fik vi fat i værten, som oplyste koden til nøgleboksen. Det gav unødvendigt stress, for et ellers dejligt ophold"

"We loved everything about this hotel, the location was great, the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was bright and spacious and the restaurant food and Bar areas were lovely. We will definitely be booking again!"

"Great stay - convenient location just a short walk from the high st and attached to a fabulous restaurant. We stayed on the top floor - great room but a bit tricky for anyone who is less mobile or quite tall. Really great friendly service from the staff from start to finish."

"Wonderful stay, only one night but definitely will make the effort to come back. Extremely friendly and helpful staff, all were cheerful and welcoming. The food was amazing. Lovely village location. Thank you for a lovely overnight stay."

"The White Horse Inn is an attractive hotel in a convenient location, with the added benefit of ample free parking. Sadly, however, the hospitality did not match the charm of the property. Hotels of this kind usually stand out because of their warm, personal welcome. Here, the opposite was true. The reception was reserved and unwelcoming, and communication was kept to the bare minimum. "Clean accommodation, Polite helpful staff. Good location for Howletts Zoo and short distance to Canterbury town centre by car ."

"Lovely old pub with lots of character. Friendly staff and great breakfast."

"Very nice old building, immediately adjacent to the entrance to Canterbury Cathedral ticket office. Centrally located on the Royal Mile. The main downside is that parking is about 1/4 mile away and Ubers and Taxis can only get you within 100 yards of the door"

"Only stayed one night but the room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly and it’s a lovely place!"

"We had a two bedroom cottage again this time because we brought our dog - it's fantastic for that reason but the standard of cleanliness was not great tim"

"Lovely apartment - right in the city centre, but not noisy at all. Huge shower. Fully equipped kitchen - everything you could need. Would definitely stay here again - and hosts are very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended."

"Hotel is a little tired compared to last time we stayed. Food also not as good as it was. Needs some TLC to bring it back to more than a wedding venue or golf retreat."

"Great place to stay. Everything was perfect"

"The spa was very clean, well-maintained and efficiently run, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The only disappointment was that the hot tub/jacuzzi was cold. The steam room and spa area were quite small, but fortunately, it wasn’t busy during our visit, so we were able to make the most of the facilities. Our room was spotless, and the bathroom was also lovely and clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the service was quick and efficient, with food freshly prepared to order. Overall,...

"Earlier check in time, maybe 3:00pm"
