"Staff were lovely but the property needs a lot of TLC. The bathroom is tiny but well equipped. Good location for st Michael's Mount but not much else nearby. Bonus was, they offered breakfast included but we weren't hungry enough for a full English breakfast 😟"

"Loved the gardens and direct access to private beach. Dog friendly terrace garden rooms were of a standard rating in.my opinion. No soap replenished in dispensers for 2 days. Stain on bedding sheet. Dog pee stains visible in some public carpeted areas. Unmanned reception, need to ring a bell. The 'bridge dog friendly area' for meals is depressing and isolated, no bell in this area to indicate you need a service i.e. breakast. No background music. Lacking atmosphere. "Very accommodating staff, initial room was very nice but extremely warm (due to the heatwave). Reception was very accommodating and kindly upgraded us to a cooler room! Breakfast service was a bit slow. Overall ambience of the hotel was very beautiful."

"The cobblestone parking was slightly challenging, and we weren’t expecting to be in a separate building from the inn, but the room was very comfortable and the large window had a great view which brightened up the space. The location was perfect, and the staff was pleasant and helpful. We appreciated that breakfast was included."
