"Though the hotel chain Diego de Almagro is good, the one at SPA is not up to expectations. Wifi only in lobby, tv but no cable or wifi, pool too cold to use, bad information... The location, breakfast and room are ok. It is better than local hostales, but not a good hotel as it is promoted"

"My room and private bathroom were spotless, large, and very comfortable. Communication was easy, and I coordinated arrival and waiting for my bus post-checkout easily. What some reviewers said about noise from the neighborhood dogs was true - they can bark (a lot!) at night. Not all night or every night, but enough you should have earplugs or noise cancelling headphones just in case. "

"Place is beautiful, very clean but my room had a very foul smell coming from the bathroom drainage not sure if it was from the shower or from the sink or a combination, We reported it and the person in charge very promptly went to the room to take care of it but eventually smell came back . Included Breakfast was wonderful with nice variety of high quality food items, tea and wine tasting offerings was also excellent. I asked for an hour of late check out as their check out time is at 11:00 am but they said no because hotel was sold out , right at 11 our luggage was out of the room Place is well situated right in the middle of town."
