"Excelente custo benefício! Próximo da principal rua de San Pedro de Atacama, quarto bom, com aquecimento no quarto e no banheiro, funcionários super atenciosos. Outro detalhe muito importante: alguns passeios pela região do Atacama começam antes do horário do café da manhã do hotel, porém eles disponibilizam um kit café da manhã como cortesia (com lanche, suco, frutas e snacks)"

"A gentleman at the front desk was quite rude. We booked two rooms, and neither of them had heating, even though the outside temperature dropped to 2°C at night. In addition, the doors and windows were not properly sealed, making the rooms even colder. The next morning, for our second night’s stay, we requested either extra blankets or a space heater. His response was, “Well, this is not my hotel...” After some back and forth, we eventually received both blankets and a space heater at late...

"Easy walk to main shopping area where you’ll find great cafe, restaurants, tourist shops & tour companies. No need to pre book your tours. Supermarket across the road which was very handy. Clean room with comfortable beds. Small pool. Staff are very friendly and the cook makes a delicious cake served with a simple but nice breakfast. "

The breakfast and dinner food are excellent however, WIFI conditions could be improved, at least no WiFi connection in our room and cellphone signals are very weak 3G.
