"Friendly staff and good breakfast, but 60 dollars for the hot tub is too much."

"Casa Solcor is like a beautiful oasis in the desert. The entire place is adorably decorated. The staff was extremely helpful with any questions we had about the area or the facility. They helped us plan our daily adventures, set up the hot tub for us, arranged for food delivery... any request they handeled swiftly and kindly. I would love to go back in warmer weather to take advantage of the beautiful pools and common lounge areas. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!"

"Simples e básico. A Carmem funcionaria estava sozinha a maior parte do tempo e cuidando de tudo da melhor maneira que podia. Café da manhã bem simples e repetitivo. Para os passeios com saída muito cedo , ela deixava nosso lanche/box pronto. Quarto espaçoso. Carmem emprestou o próprio secador de cabelos. Cumpria ordens , seguia protocolo. Houve um casal hospedado em outro quarto, reclamando que um homem entrou em seus aposentos durante a noite . Isso me surpreendeu e fiquei receosa ....

"Location was amazing. I was originally worried that it would be noisy because it’s so central, but it was quiet. The staff were AMAZING! I chatted with Christian a lot which made me change up our itinerary a little bit and it was definitely for the best. The pool was bit too cold for me since we went in May (felt like a cold plunge the one time I went), but it was still nice to lay out. Absolutely recommend this location."

"Beautiful surroundings and facilities, conveniently located in a quiet street but not far from the main shops and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful. A lovely restaurant attached to the hotel. We would have welcomed a better early breakfast provision for guests leaving for early morning excursions."

"The staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. When I asked for an extra heater, they brought one to my room right away and regularly checked in to make sure everything was working properly. I got sick during my stay, and the front desk was kind enough to help me call a local taxi so I could get to a clinic. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to my friends. It’s in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the town center, and the service truly made the stay even...

"Friendly staff - 1 struggle w English, other 2 very good. Guess Owner, old lady always there with smile, she can’t speak English. Free coffee and tea and water at reception through out the day. Check out 6.30am and simple take away breakfast (sandwich ham w cheese n drinks n snacks) ready."

"Enjoyed a really nice stay at this hotel. The room was well kept and breakfast options were simple but enjoyable. The staff were able to provide a packed lunch for early mornings with enough notice. There was a language barrier at times but most communication was through Whatsapp and there were no issues arranging check in/out and meals. Very grateful for my stay and would recommend to others."

"We lived our experience at Atacama Loft, staff was wonderful & available any time we needed assistance. The property is a 20 minute walk from the town center, but we loved having the Mountain Views & enjoyed our walks & riding the bikes into town. We will definitely be back!"

The staff was absolutely incredble: extremely helpful, resourceful and outstanding at service. The hotel’s restaurant was amazing and it also offers a delicious breakfast. Don’t miss it."

"Staff very helpful and friendly, although no English. Happy to converse using translation tools. Swimming pool was closed due to it being winter, which I didn’t reslise when I booked. A couple of times there was no water, no electricity and no wifi, but staff worked to resolve the issue. Breakfast was very good and there was free tea, coffee and iced drinking water available all day. I didn’t have supper at the hotel but did have some drinks at the bar by the open fire which was welcoming...

"The only reason I’m giving them 3 stars is because they don’t have a heater inside the rooms and we were freezing. Staff was very helpful but San Pedro is extremely cold to not offer this."
