"The room was great. Nice view from the balcony. The only bad thing is staff appeared inexperienced with their technology. Staff was very friendly but the front door was locked to come onto the property and you had to knock on the glass to get their attention so they let you in and it took awhile if they were doing something else"

It was very romantic atmosphere It's in the Historical downtown area except that it's 7 blocks from where the tours buses are, but the walk is nice and very secure. Chihuahua is a very clean and secure city I recommend this hotel"
