"Clean and convenient "

"Honest Review! This hotel has a Mexican soap opera vibe. The establishment is very clean, rooms are also very clean. There is a mini split a/c unit in the room which keeps the room nice and cool on hot days. The staff is very nice. The location is also top tier, walking distance to the plaza from where you can get transportation to literally anywhere. The buffet in the morning is very good, they have a variety of food to eat and plenty of cook-to-order food (tacos, omelets, pizza etc.). Also tried the Italian restaurant Panadero in the hotel and the food was surprisingly just like the food I tasted in Italy. Staff mention the owner is Italian and it’s his recipes that are being used ( not sure if it’s true, but the food was delicious). I slept like a baby, bed was really comfortable, felt built for royalty. I would 100% recommend. Will be staying here again when I come back."

"Very welcoming, helpful and professional staff in a unique and nicely restored building in el centro historico. Just a few blocks from Zocalo de Puebla, there are numerous restaurants, shops and cafes throughout the neighborhood. Excellent price with very comfortable accommodations! "
