The service staff at this hotel is spectacular. The security folks, receptionists, pool lifeguard, rooftop bartenders. Awesome! Un hôtel vraiment impeccable : très propre, super bien situé avec une vue incroyable sur l’Opéra de Madrid. Le personnel est aux petits soins, très professionnel et chaleureux. Les vinyles dans la chambre sont une super idée – ils créent une ambiance douce et agréable en soirée, un vrai plus !
