"Had a great experience and staff was super helpful."

"Breakfast highly recommended"

"Great stay and staff."

"Friendly staffs, clean room and property, modern design,"

"For solo women travellers, the area the hotel is located in is very safe for walking. Its about 10min walk from the main attractions. The hotel has 24 hrs person in the reception area and they keep the lobby locked at all times (doorbell for access). Uber does come to this location and it's cheap (about 6 sols) to go to the plaza des arms if you don't feel like walking. If you are getting tours, they were able to pick up from this area but you would have to check with the specific...

"Quiet clean room. Close walk to everything!"

"The staff were helpful and kindly let us store our bags while we explored the city. I also appreciated having hot water and learning that it’s heated with solar energy. A few things could be improved: the shower was only about five feet tall, so I couldn’t stand comfortably underneath it, and the grout needs a deep clean because it was discolored and had mildew. "Clean room, Staff were excellent , breakfast was excellent. Great location"

"Personnelles aimable et serviable, propre, bon dejeuner"

"The room was clean and bed was comfortable. In a safe area and easy access to the historic center. The breakfast was good as well and the staff friendly and helpful. My only complaint was - we were in room 306 and the vent in the bathroom allowed noise to enter our room from another- room. We heard the other room TV, bathroom activities and even some talking- so the venting was a little strange. Only noticed this the last day of our stay so I’m assuming the adjoining room or room below that...

"One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Staff and accommodations were amazing. Highly recommended."

"Nothing serious. Stair way needs better lighting."

"Clean room"

"Très bien situé, à 1km de la place d'armes. Très propre, équipement de la kitchenette un peu sommaire. Chauffage rudimentaire (1 seul radiateur) pouvant être un peu limite certaines nuits (appart au sous-sol à éviter). Bon petit déjeuner servi dans l'appartement. Hôtesse et personnel très à l'écoute et très gentils."
