Cari Motel di Pleasant Hill

"Old bed linen."

"Eh super basic & kind of dirty but the worst part was after checking in, my key card did not work. When I went right back to the front desk to have them fix it, no one was there. I called & called, no one ever showed up. I ended up having to use 2 of my other credit cards to shove into the door to get the key card to activate the sensor. I was basically breaking into my hotel room and NO ONE NOTICED or was there ! If I was someone actually trying to break in, no one was on the property to stop...

"The room was very clean and quiet. Housekeeping was also very polite. The only negative comment I have is the person working the front desk. He was rude for my entire stay (6 nights). Outside of the that, it was an excellent room. Bed was comfortable and very clean. Housekeeping staff was very friendly. Very relaxing stay and I was impressed with the price and cleanliness."

"Horrible attitude rude manager"

"La habitación estaba muy bonita y bastante limpia el aire acondicionado funcionaba muy bien, me gustó que tenía estacionamiento privado, lo único malo fue que la persona de la recepción fue un poco grosera y que se escucha mucho ruido en la madrugada, En la ventana de el baño entraba bastante claridad y para dormir es bastante complicado"

"Horrible. Worst experience I’ve had. Door wouldn’t shut, roaches, slept on dirty sheets, they refused to change the sheets, didn’t want to give me new sheets, and when they finally did the lady had an attitude. Then the shower didn’t drain, and on top of that they were refusing to switch me rooms. I was on a four day trip."

"Bugs in the room, behind the bed was filthy, and the AC/Heater was broken and the cover fell off"

"This is a no-frills, no-nonsense, pristinely clean place to sleep. What a fantastic deal."
