"Staff was great. I dropped and broke a glass in the lobby bar area. The ladies tending bar could not have been more pleasant. They wouldn’t let me help clean up and helped me feel a little less embarrassed by it. All workers at the hotel were great."

"The staff was exceptionally helpful. When I asked for directions to a store to buy an umbrella the gentleman at the front desk provided me with his or the hotel's umbrella to use. It was so super helpful and thoughtful. I was going to a ceremony and it started to pour while there- that umbrella was key! Thanks very much to MC hotel for putting guest first and caring!! "

"Since they are right next to an arena they have a lot of concert business. They were a little behind in turning over rooms but they comped us breakfast the next day. They were Super nice and took good care of us. I would definitely stay there again."
