"Check in took a little while due to lines and only 2 people at the front desk. Got to room and it was freezing so we turned the heat on before leaving for a few hours. Got back and room was even colder. Called front desk and they offered to send maintenance. Declined offer and asked for extra blankets. Got those quickly and I was able to get the heat working. Took a bath and thankfully didn’t use the bath slip mat as it had hair on it from a previous guest. Right before bed I took my sandals off and stepped on a piece of broken glass that was covered in a burned white substance. Next morning I went to make coffee and the coffee maker didn’t work. Went to front desk with piece of broken glass and was told sorry but that was all. Explained the coffee maker didn’t work and was told housekeeping could bring a new one up. Declined as we were leaving in a few hours and went to onsite Dunkin’ Donuts for coffee where it was $6.00 for a medium black coffee. (I never buy coffee at coffee shops so maybe that’s normal) which seems expensive. Got back to the room and while checking to make sure we had everything found a gross stain on the mattress cover. Was glad to be leaving. Quite a few issues for a one night stay. Won’t be staying there again."

"Rooms were clean and quiet, only complaint went in Sat morning to grab some yogert and was scolded by the lade that came in that breakfast wasn't open yet. Door was opened and after walking out looked at times on door and I was 2 min early of opening . All I wanted was a yogert to take back up to the room. Disappointed in what was actually offered for breakfast, ended up going to What a burger and getting something to eat there."

"It is an older hotel but the staff is wonderful!!! Friendly, helpful, professional, and very friendly! The lobby and breakfast area are amazing. Our room was clean, air conditioner worked great, beds were great, bathroom clean and nice. It wasn’t fancy, but was clean and comfortable and safe! We will definitely come back!!! The breakfast lady was amazing!!! Food was great."
