"I was very disappointed with our overall experience. This was our first stay here, and unfortunately, it will likely be our last. Upon arrival, we encountered several cleanliness issues in our room, including dirty linens, a cleaning rag left behind from a previous guest, candy wrappers and crumbs on the floor, and hair in the sink. It took four separate conversations and over three hours for these issues to be addressed, and there was no effort made to compensate for the inconvenience.
The check-in process was also frustrating, with a line that took over 45 minutes. Additionally, while there is a $25 parking fee, finding a spot was difficult and added to the inconvenience.
On a more positive note, we did enjoy Aquatopia. The water rides were great, and the lazy river was especially fun. However, the wave pool appeared to have murky water and did not seem well-maintained, as I noticed multiple bandaids floating in it on consecutive days. The restaurant at Aquatopia also had long wait times (30+ minutes) and appeared to be understaffed.
