"It was really clean, people were very friendly Vickie at the breakfast she was really sweet, keep up with everything like hot and fresh coffee, and very clean The ladies at the front desk Camille was really nice i forgot the other lady name but really good"

"Quick and check in process. Our AC went out at our house so we spent the night at Merica. The air was cold. The breakfast was perfect. And the room was clean. Pillows were so comfy. One of the best nights sleep"

"This location has the best night shift attendant. She helped us with a room on the first level and was just super friendly and down to earth. She is the main reason I am giving this such a high score. Our room smelled like mold as soon as you opened the door. Plus they have old nasty crusty red couches with ottoman in the room that have outlived their purpose and then some. I was afraid to set anything down on them. Other than that the room seemed clean but I expect a little more for my money ya...

"Stayed here twice, two years in a row. The lady at check in was very pleasant. I had to wait for a cart for 20 minutes since there are only two. She placed us in the quiet end away from the wedding party. I especially loved the "Texas" waffle at breakfast. I'd definitely come back and stay again. We love it here and for the price, you can't beat it."

"We stay at many Hiltons, and this one was not very clean. There was dog smell all over, the hotel tries to cover it up with a strong scent. Our shower did not work; room smelled like mold and beds were very hard. The pool was not kept up, very dirty my kids did not want to get in. The front desk staff was very nice and helpful."

"The Biggest thing is Parking. Parking is so limited and then they let trucks with trailers on the property and block the whole parking lot. Second thing is the property has a smell like old"

"We were looking for a quiet and clean place to stay while we were in the area for a family matter, and this hotel was exactly what we needed. It provided a peaceful atmosphere where we could truly rest and recharge. The breakfast was an excellent addition to our stay, beautifully presented with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. It had everything we needed to start each day on a positive note. We would definitely stay here again."

"We had a few issues. One was we had a pullout couch bed that was really stained and pretty gross. No one was willing to sleep on it. The shower head had also come apart and also wouldn’t stay on the wall (we had the ada room, so you had to set the shower head down to shower). Bedside lights also didn’t work. The breakfast was good though!"
