"Fantastic Hotel and Food!
My wife stayed for one night. The hotel is fantastic especially the pool area, with a fantastic view. The beach is shallow so don't expect to swim a lot there (but the hotel pool will be better anyway). Plenghty of places to sit and relax.
Food was beyond expectation for both Dinner and Breakfast. For Lunch and else prices were relatively reasonable. I would definitively go back there. "

"What a wonderful apartment — elegantly decorated and full of taste! Our family loved our stay at the Mauritius Room in La Pointe so much that the kids simply didn’t want to leave.The apartment has everything you need to feel completely comfortable. The location is great too — close to some of Mauritius’s best beaches, as well as restaurants and supermarkets (a car is recommended for added flexibility).The breakfast team was always welcoming and cheerful, serving each morning with a smile.But...

"This property really is the perfect hotel. The staff, the food, the view it’s all just lovely. The only negative me and my partner could find was the lack of vegetarian options on the restaurants menus. Staying in other hotels of this this standard they would look to make items off the menu as a vegetarian dish, this wasn’t offered. "

"We had an excellent stay at the Oberoi. All the staff were attentive and so sweet. From check in with Vindi who was so great at telling us all we needed to know. The grounds are so beautiful, the beach was perfect, the pools were clean and so refreshing! Oh and the food! Fantastic! The rooms are maintained well and we had turn down service every evening with beautiful towel designs. Special shoutout to Natasha and Niki at the Herb Trail restaurant who was super friendly and accommodating. Maya...
