"Firstly no hotel sign board, it was on the floor outside in pieces so it was hard to find the hotel. Check in experience dreadful, unkempt disinterested staff, untidy reception. We paid extra for a deluxe ocean view room. There are no ocean view rooms at this hotel since all rooms face South! Room not bad, slight uriine smell and some cobwebs. "Nice resort with good rooms. Clean and comfortable with very large TV’s. Included breakfast was just ok. Not a great choice and what was offered was of ok quality. Staff were great, friendly and helpful. The site lacked sun beds, areas to sit around so you were forced to use outside facilities. An area of beach dedicated for this would have been perfect. "

"The room has basic facilities like kettle (no milk, tea or water), TV, geyser and AC. Only small house converted to hotel, there is no reception or service staff. It is very near to the Palolem Beach. Good if you only want to stay at night. As it located in village area, day stay is not recommended. Price wise OK."
