Home is located in a safe area and near several restaurants and shops. 10-15 minutes from the attractions yet far enough away to rest and relax. We love the Davenport area and would highly recommend definitely staying with this group. Great experience. "

"At first I was unsure about staying anywhere but a hotel while I’m on business but this experience was so great that I continued my stay another 2 weeks. There is so much less hassle and guess work. The hosts did a great job disseminating information prior to arrival. Other guests were very respectful of the house rules and friendly. A lot of shops and restaurants are within walking distance, especially one of my favorites Chipotle."

"Property was in quiet, clean and new neighborhood. Pool was just a quick couple minute drive. Restaurants, groceries, gas and interstate were easy access. My only complaint was three bathrooms and only 3 rolls of toilet paper? This may have been an oversight. I would definitely stay again. Also great communication and easy texting with any questions. "

"Very clean, very close to the parks, TVs were wifi ready with Netflix, Disney plus, etc for easy connection amd tv for the kids. "
