"We enjoyed Norman and Stephanie, they were very helpful and resourceful. We did breakfast everyday in the hotel, there was always staff available for whatever we needed. The cleaning crew was great as well, there weren’t new faces constantly our entire stay we were able to get familiar with those who were working with us and I’m thankful. Cannot wait to visit again."

"Amazingly close to the beach. The manager, Annette, was lovely and upgraded my room to an upstairs poolside since I was a single woman traveling alone. My room was perfect. They had chairs and towels for the beach. So nice to walk to the beach and pier for food and entertainment. So quiet and relaxing. I will definitely be back!"

"Our “junior suite” was anything but sweet! The bathroom had a “floating toilet” that was falling off the wall and had a fallen plastic prop to keep it from collapsing. We told the manager and they did have the plastic prop reset but this was so NOT a nice fix to a bigger problem. My handicapped mother had a terrible time using the bathroom. The floors were extremely slippery and I took a hard fall on the kitchenette tile. Both pools had a thick layer of black mold around the rim. This stay was...

"Front desk staff are very helpful specially Tommy. Place was well maintained. Breakfast was very good. The only issue we had was the pillows, very uncomfortable too thin. The AC is too loud."

"Pro: nice pool & walkable beach, good view from my suite. Pool staff are friendly & helpful Con: Restaurant in house. Suite that has connecting room has bad sound proofing , I can hear the whole conversation of the guest next to us. (not the hotel's fault they're loud, I called the front desk on 2 consecutive nights to complain abt noise both at 10pm/ after 10pm - which they did call the guest to tone down their loud music) having said that I think on a normal speaking volume they should still...

"The location was excellent with close access to the beach, park, and walkable restaurants. Very clean and nicely decorated. There was a nice courtyard/ green space that was well kept up. Very quiet in the evenings. It was advertised with a queen bed, but there was only a double when we checked in. Still waiting for our damage deposit ."
