Throughout the entire trip one of the two elevators was down with multiple occasions of guests being trapped on a stuck elevator. "There wasn’t anything I came across that needed immediate attention other than the commode tank was awfully warm the water intake was hot… I reported it, seems they may have had repair done and the hook up is wrong… they said they’d have someone come look but no one came… it wasn’t affecting our stay and I did report it.
