"Great breakfast and customer service! Comfortable beds and a great location close to all the boat marinas and floating homes. I enjoyed taking a walk and exploring the marinas and floating home communities."

"Clean, has everything you’d need for a short stay. The room does get a bit hot and humid, at least in the room we got, and it takes a while for the AC to cool it down. The fridge also froze my food, but I suppose I should have noticed it had a freezer inside on the top shelf instead of a separate one."

"The Hotel was inviting, the staff was extremely welcoming upon arrival, friendly and helpful throughout our whole stay. Our room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was fresh, tasty and had a lot of options. I will definitely be staying there again we travel to Portland a lot."

"It is a nice property. But. Being on the 4th floors ADA 2 bedroom suite one of the bathroom was backup and maintenance was on call took 2 hours the first time I called the front desk. Happened again overnight and I called front desk to let them know. Maintenance was on call and hadn’t arrived to work yet in the morning. Well I could saved me money and camped out if I wanted to use an outhouse. Ridiculous."

"Even though we arrived extremely late for check-in around 1:00 AM, the night receptionist was incredibly accommodating and even offered us a late checkout. The room was spotless, the bed was super cozy, and the shower had fast hot water. The complimentary breakfast was a great touch, too! While we initially declined the late checkout, we changed our minds the next morning, and the morning receptionist graciously granted it without hesitation. "The room was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. My only complaint is that the lobby/parking lot did have a lot of non-sober individuals roaming around. I wouldn’t recommend for solo female travelers or solo parents with kids if you’re arriving at night. Otherwise everything about the hotel was wonderful"

"The guy at the front desk was rude and really not helpful regarding rooms and reservations, overall horrible experience and the front of the office is also under construction which just makes the mess an eyesore to look at along with the homeless/druggies roaming around in the parking lot felt uncomfortable I left within 2 hrs. If I could ZERO stars!"
