"The guy at the front desk was rude and really not helpful regarding rooms and reservations, overall horrible experience and the front of the office is also under construction which just makes the mess an eyesore to look at along with the homeless/druggies roaming around in the parking lot felt uncomfortable I left within 2 hrs. "Probably the best option in Vancouver for a traveler hotel as it’s in the water and new. It’s in a nice location for Vancouver and compared to Portland it’s the ONLY game in town as you simply cannot stay in downtown Portland as it’s over 40% vacancy and possibly the most violent, dangerous city that used to be so beautiful and is now consumed by drug addicts and people doing horrible things.
