"The location is decent; it’s close to the train station and a 30-minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. However, the amenities are poor. We only have one soap for all our needs, and the staff is unresponsive to our requests for towels and other items. If you’re okay with basic and poor customer service, this place might be suitable for you as a temporary accommodation. However, I believe there are better options available. "

"Loved every minute of it. The room is small but efficient and the staff is wonderful and helpful. Super friendly too! Rue Cler is THE BEST! Walking distance to the Eiffel tower and a few rooms even have a tiny bit of a view of it. Highly recommend it! The Italy bitty elevator is also quite the sight!"

"Beautiful hotel. Rooms were large, nice decor, very clean. The day we arrived the front desk staff seemed a little overwhelmed but we had no trouble checking out the next day so that may have been a fluke. Excellent location across from Tuilleries park short walk to Louvre, Tuilleries and Concorde metro stations."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were lovely and extremely helpful throughout our stay. We arrived after spending a night at another hotel that we had to leave early due to poor conditions, so we were especially relieved to find such a welcoming and comfortable place. The hotel was in the middle of renovations, but it didn’t bother us at all. In fact, I believe we were given a newly renovated room on the third floor, which was very spacious and comfortable. After our experience with the first hotel, where the online photos were very misleading, we were hesitant about staying elsewhere in Paris. This hotel completely restored our confidence. The property was wonderful and located in a vibrant area. It’s close to the Louvre and Notre Dame, with plenty of shopping nearby, including high end designer stores. There are also many great restaurants in the area. It’s a lively and enjoyable neighborhood to stay in, especially if it’s your first time visiting Paris. We would highly recommend this hotel."
