"Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche im Bathalha Resort verbracht. Das Personal war super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Da wir spät Abends angekommen sind wurde der Schlüssel im Safe hinterlegt. Das Frühstück wurde täglich in unser Haus gebracht und war sehr köstlich. Wir konnten zwischen einem Standard und einem großen Frühstück wählen. Wir haben an der Rezeption sogar Ausflugstipps bekommen. Per what's app konnten wir jederzeit unsere Fragen stellen. Wir hatten auch einen wunderschönen Whirlpool auf...

"Sehr schöne Unterkunft, mit freundlichem Personal im altehrwürdigen Stil. Poolanlage und Whirpool laden zum Verweilen ein. Zimmer und sanitäre Anlagen sind tadellos sauber. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr frisch und lecker - könnte bei längeren Aufenthalten ein wenig mehr Abwechslung bieten. Das aber nur als Anmerkung und nicht als Kritik. "Staff was very helpful and spoke great English. Breakfast had a lot of options and was delicious. Location was a little awkward to get to and awkward to get out of but that’s also what Ponta Delgada is like. bed was very comfortable. Washroom was clean."
