Apparently a disconnect between the individual apt owner, hotels.com, and the front desk. Also pool was never open yet—one of the main reasons we selected it. Also property is not a hotel. Infelizmente tivemos hospedados em um período que hotel recebeu 3 delegações de atletas adolescentes, o que causou diversos problemas (som alto, campainha tocando direto, barulho na madrugada) não só conosco, mas outros...
