When I asked for the manager she did not. The managers name was on the wall but she gave another name. Lier. I wrote that manager and now I know why this hotel is a disaster. "This is typically a nice stay for me, but it all started going wrong when I checked in and they gave me the room farthest from check in and farthest from parking. 3rd floor. Corner. Right above the pool. The screaming from the pool was so loud on the 3rd floor that I bought a fan from walmart to help drown the pool noise out. The toilet seemed like it leaned a little bit to the left. And the bed seemed just a bit too firm this time. I hope my next stay at this location is better. I check in in...

"The hotel was great, clean great customer service, etc. The hotel is close to the freeway, shopping centers, etc.The only thing that I would recommend is that they update the hallway and the hallway walls; it looks old maybe need to use brighter vibrant colors. I give this hotel 5 🌟 's."

"If you live by the theory of you get what you pay for this is an incredible value. Just be prepared, know that you must bring your own stuff to cook with and room service comes when you leave not before. The rooms are really nice comfortable to a Fairfield by Marriott her Four Points by Sheraton the staff is the best thing they are great people who really want to help. I'm disabled and I had an accessible room that was unlike many and larger chains actually adhered to ADA standards."

"Beautiful property. Very central location. Lovely, romantic courtyard. We did not have a top sheet on our bed during our stay, thought I asked for one, only a duvet. But it was too warm to use a blanket or sheet anyway! Hospitable staff."

"This is a small and unique property, with a very welcoming staff. It is a "throw back" to the times when hotels were a special place and not a chain commodity. The rooms were large and well appointed. The hotel is close to the Vieux Carre, but far enough away from the madness of Bourbon Street. Our room had the best hotel shower ever - which says a lot about the quality of the property in general. I would not hesitiate to stay there again."
