Despite my querries the day before our arrival, nobody from the hotel ever replied. Let alone told us there is no transfer after 10pm and that due to restricted parking one has to walk the bags about a kilometre from the car to the hotel. Not fun when it is late. "The hotel is in a perfect location if you have a flight into or from Verona. Their shuttle is always on time. Well organized. Only a few minutes drive."

"We were told they were not serving breakfast until next week. We would have been ok with that, but I don't like being told it's available when it is not. I suspect it is because we were the only people staying in the hotel. There should be some indication in the advertisement that breakfast is not always available."

We received the instructions via WhatsApp on how to get in, and they were ok to follow. However, we missed the expected human touch at the arrival."
