"The team takes great care of the property, and the staff was professional, welcoming, and very customer-friendly. I really appreciated the convenience of valet parking, although I wish guests were also given the option to self-park. The valet area is located in a fairly small space outside, which can sometimes make it a little difficult for other vehicles to enter or leave. The property is also pet-friendly and very accommodating, which is a great plus. The location is extremely convenient, with the Metro nearby and plenty of great restaurants and shopping options in the surrounding area. Overall, I had a pleasant experience and enjoyed my stay!"

"This hotel was an AMAZING experience. The restaurant was delicious and the Perch on the 11th floor phenomenal. The only criticism I have is the bench swings need some WD 40. The squeaky sound from them was not good while eating. I love this hotel!"
