"The biggest highlight is the staff—they were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always eager to help. The hotel itself is well maintained and has a lot of charm. Being a historic property gives it a unique character that's hard to find in newer hotels. My only real complaint is the noise. The walls and doors don't do much to block sound, and I could hear almost everything happening in the hallway. I'm a light sleeper and really value a quiet room, so this made it difficult to get a good night's...

"This is Five Star hotel. It was just a great Experience to have stayed within. I forgot my passport at the hotel when left but five hours later when I came back to claim it the staff still kept it for me. It's Magnificent !!!"

"The staff was very kind. We definitely took advantage of the complimentary breakfast. The hotel was very quiet. The suites were spacious and clean. Loved that we had a small kitchen. I appreciated having a walk in shower, but it was more difficult to bathe small children. The indoor pool facility was very clean. Parking is via valet service only. The valets were awesome, but definitely increases the parking costs of your stay."
