"Staff were very attentive. A couple youth were injured from the slide in the pool. As soon as staff were notified they went to investigate the issue. Breakfast was wonderful. My Daughter loves the Waffles. Room was clean and comfortable This was a Staycation for myself and Daughter as we live in the city."

"For 90% this was a very good place to stay, the underground parking is limited and is only good for smaller vehicles. There is surface parking in the stripmall next door. There are plenty of restaurants and a coffee shop in the mall along with a Sav-On-Foods to get groceries for the stay. "It’s a large hotel, I liked many things. I liked that the lobby is large and spaced out with seating scattered throughout. The customer service desk staff were great too, super friendly and eager to help. "Toilet did not work properly. Maintenance worker came up and fixed temporarily, but that only worked for 10 minutes. Called again and they gave me a plunger that didn't work. They gave me a 10% discount for my inconvenience for my two days of having to plunge the toilet every time it was flushed and I had to ask for the discount!"

"The mattresses were uncomfortable and the pillows were unreasonably lumpy and hard. Time to spring for some new ones. The room was spotless, but smelled a bit like cat litter and room freshener. The stay was fine, we were disappointed to miss the free breakfast - but that was our own fault with timing miscommunication."

Breakfast included was so good... from fresh make your self waffles( gluten free options too) miniture omlettes, hash browns, amazing chicken sausages.. bagels/toast, muffins etc. You name it they had it.
