"The pool and surroundings were great. There is not a beach to swim so we spent lots of time traveling to the beaches. Shuttle to beach only runs certain days so you to have to pay for taxi cabs which are around $50USD each way if you visit on the off shuttle days. It's located far from tourist attractions so taxi fare is constantly needed-$50USD or more each way. There are no evening events(they do have bars with music available) I am in my forties and even I was bored in the evenings here,...

"First the good… The properly is right off the beach which was lovely and the staff was kind and very professional. The staff helped make our trip a four star rather than a three star experience. Now the not so good… The food was just ok. There was also no food for snacking available in between scheduled mealtimes. And, the unacceptable.., During our stay we had a fire alarm go off at 4 am two nights in a row which immediately woke us up out of our sleep. The alarms lasted a few minutes...

"I booked this property through Expedia under stressful circumstances — Barbados air traffic controllers went on strike, my flight was canceled, and I was stranded along with many other travelers. I found this listing, booked it, received a confirmation number, and paid for a taxi to get there. When I arrived, the owner told me she had no room for me and that the property was fully booked. "Great location with very nice renovated rooms, overall the property is lovely. Most staff is very friendly. Good pools for the kids along with a beautiful beach, nice loungers for both. Food qualify is good. Menu choices for a la carte are quite limited. Watersports options are great."
