"Wanted my money back as soon as we arrived View of the parking lot was exceptional shower was a trickle of cold water carpet was moldy shower was filthy Bed was so worn you sank over six inches we measured ended up sleeping on floor water from sink was slimy felt like washing with soap and no recourse for refund we stay at a lot of resort property this was the worse definitely does not deserve the brand name very dissatisfied"

"I booked our room through Expedia and specifically chose the accessible room with a roll in shower but upon check-in, was offered a shower chair instead. My wife is pregnant so that was supposed to be a non-negotiable but they didn’t actually have that type available, apparently. Also, they are doing major renovations and blocked off a big part of the lobby. The route to the elevator is super weird and dark. The big iconic waterfall part of the pool was closed off too. The pools were really nice and maintained well but they closed the slide early. I think hotels should be required to disclose that they have ongoing renovations underway while booking. It was a nice location and overall nice stay but I wouldn’t stay there again. Thank goodness our room was nice and clean and right by the elevator."

"Staff took care of our room every day and it felt great to return back to our room ar night with it reset and cleaned. The pool was great. We loved our view and would enjoy that same view again. I would recommend this location to anyway who wants to be on beach. That was the best part. "

"Our ocean view was still 200 yards from the beach. Staff, and maintenance was fantastic! Owners had everything you needed from umbrellas, beach chairs, boogie boards, you name it. Furniture needs to be steamed cleaned though. All in All - our expectations fell a little short considering the value that was stated on the property view."
