"The parking lot had trash/ food everywhere. There was a bucket of dead fish and shrimp outside our hotel room. I found a bath pouf and a dirty sock on the floor in our room. The clerk at check in was very rude. I was told my stay was non fundable and after spending almost $700 we made due. With all the possibilities for places to stay we will not be back nor would I recommend the Best western Port A anyone. The only positive thing was it was quiet."

"I rented a cottage which I would describe at best as rustic. The cottage was not dirty but was not completely clean either. I saw at least one dead roach by the side of the bed. The coffee maker did not work properly, and the carafe was stained with water deposits which made it look dirty. The coffee pods provided was skimpy and barely produced a cup of coffee. Needless to say, the few amenities (dishes, utensils, plates, etc.) are way below standard. The guests are required to empty the trash...

"The room was a little dank smelling and the windows don’t open. But to be expected on the coast. All in all it was last minute and it worked for us. Hot tub and pool was nice. Good location but no views or anything. Bed was surprisingly comfy, nice pillows!"

"Please for the sake of running a successful business, remove Tonya from the front desk and customer interaction. She was rude on the phone and ever worse in person. The young lady she was training however was very pleasant. I actually felt bad that she had to deal with her for the entire day. She repeatedly belittled her in my short interaction so I can only imagine how she speaks to her without guest present. The property itself could use some maintenance but overall was very clean,...

"Absolutely incredible staff and great experience, my only concern was that almost every outlet wouldn't hold a charging cord. They constantly fell off. The hair dryer in our room was broken as was the shampoo container in the bathroom. Otherwise it was a fun experience."

"This my second experience staying at this property. I went back because I was pleased with the first time. Is clean, feels safe checking is easy and stuff is friendly and professional. Rooms are clean. Breakfast was fresh, organized, and cleaned. Although the lady in charge wasn't very friendly. She kept it clean and organized. "

"The ceilings were leaking from the rain. The hallway on the 4th floor smelled bad. I booked 2 rooms traveling with family and they put us on opposite ends of the hallway which was really i convenient for us."
