"Breakfast was understaffed causing outages of coffee and various food and service items. The single staff person was overwhelmed. Since it's a festival weekend, they should have anticipated needing extra staff, especially since they are charging such high rates!"

"Wonderful and welcoming "old school" motel on the Rockport/Rockland border. Beautiful trees and greenery insulate the property from the road noise of Route 1. Our room had a back porch looking out on trees and flowers. Friendly staff welcomed us, and greeted us again for our free and delicious breakfast on the breezy cool porch of the main house. My wife and I will stay here again on our next trip to Maine. Five Stars!"

"Had a balcony and was sitting on, the people above us dumped his cooler on his balcony and I was soaked. Then we got back to the room around 11:00 pm and the kids were running a marathon. It started again this morning around 7:00 am. The marathon never stopped till we left. The view was great."

"We stay at the Flagship when we visit relatives, several times a year. It is comfortable, and affordable. The breakfast is fresh and had plenty of good regular breakfast items. My husband really liked the scrambled eggs and sausage. This was our first summer visit and I was hoping to be able to swim. I was delighted at the pool. The water was clean and comfortably warm.
