"There is no wifi, even after I was told there was. The pool was usually clised. The mini mart was usually closed. Even when open, very limited on food, especially since no can opener was available and is needed. There's no ATM and they do not accept cards. The pigeons outside kitchen window made it unappetizing to eat. There is no restaurant as stated. The beach is ok but hard to reach since the place is surrounded by a barbed wire fence making it seem like a prison. The tv did not work at all....

"This hotel is a fraud. It’s a gated community that you can’t enter. The security staff will laugh at you when you arrive. I booked 1 night. Since then I have been charged for three more nights. Hotels .com said they can’t do anything because the villa won’t answer their phone calls and confirm the fraud. I did file a report with the local police. They took it seriously. "Hi I would highly recommend staying at the Marriott Putryana The staff were so very incredibly kind and friendly and were always there to help. The hotel is beautiful and very enjoyable in all ways It was relaxed and of a high level of service A unique combination The buffet breakfast was incredible The beds were comfortable and room always clean. We enjoyed dinners & desserts and the dessert chef spent time chatting with us about his incredible skills in creating delicious deserts And also the manager and the staff were so supportive & kind when I needed a doctor in the early hours of the morning just before leaving for my flight I could not believe how they made sure i received the medical care I needed Truely thankful Again I wish to say thank you to the management and the staff for their generosity and making me feel at home in such a magnificent hotel Kind regards to everyone at the Marriott"
