"Owners were excellent in communication despite a minor mix-up on the part of Hotels.com. Owners more than compensated us for the small inconvenience and were quick to respond to our needs. Room/Apartments were wonderful. Excellent location. Laundry in the apartments was really nice to have. They paid attention to every detail and really felt like they were welcoming us into their home. A+++"

"This is a wonderful updated hotel with a pool area complete with swim up bar. Floaty toys for the kids, and a covered open dining area. My favourite was The Wharf inbetween the foyer and the swimming area where you could sit and read or work on your laptop… tropical, natural and peaceful setting great for families."

"I love the layout of the property but please be aware due to proximity to the rainforest there are A LOT of bugs. My wife and I fought for our lives against a giant cockroach and the villa definitely had a lot of ants and spiders. The plunge hours being limited to the spa hours was a downside for us as well. My wife recommends the facial! The private pool was awesome. Truly if we didnt have the bug issues I would have given it 5 stars."

"The two pools were wonderful. The location was a 10 minute walk to marina, restaurants and beaches. The one-bedroom we rented was simple but clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Easy parking too."
