"Bathroom is window didn't shut. Bedroom window lock was broke. Bed one blanket was disgusting had what looked like poop on it. Shower floor was filthy.. I called and requested a downstairs bedroom due to being handicap and cannot go up a flight of stairs. My room was given away however luckily they had one downstairs bedroom left. If I did not have to get surgery in the morning I would have left. However it was 11pm I had to be up at 4:30am and I was tired. The worker was however very nice. "

"I was given room 203. After wandering all over, I finally found my room on the first floor, under some stairs, next to the custodial room. I opened the door to a dark, dank, run down, very smelly (like stinky shoes and mold) room with a very loud air conditioner. It was a sunny day too. Looked NOTHING like the photos on Hotels.com. Set my things in the tub in case of bed bugs and left. Around 9 pm I returned and just couldn't face sleeping there it was so loud, smelly, dark and depressing. So I found a new hotel, went to the lobby to check out and was told to just leave the keys in a basket - no questions asked as to why I was checking out just a few hours after checking in. Found a lovely, clean, comfortable hotel elsewhere. Total waste of money since it was a pre-paid. I am shocked and angry this received 10/10 reviews."

"Very good property and well kept. However…. I had a hideous check-in experience with a front desk associate. Room manager returned my call to reprimanded me for expressing my dismay. GM never bothered to call me back. Things can go wrong when you travel, but I can’t accept people taking my money in a hospitality industry and be inhospitable."

"The room we were in, 241, was very clean, but seemed a bit shabbier than the other rooms we have stayed in on previous trips to this same hotel. Spots on desk chair, dings on furniture, bathroom shower grout repair job kind of messy, tv didn’t work and required the main desk staff to fix problem. Staff members were welcoming and very friendly. The breakfast cheese omelettes were dry and rubbery, but usually the breakfasts are very good, so that was disappointing."

"Staff was very helpful and friendly. Rooms were in the process of being updated so ours could use a few more changes. The lounging chair was very nice but need more than one comfortable chair in our room. Using the bed to read or watch TV is very uncomfortable. All the room around the "kitchen" area was wonderful. However, there was not enough lighting over the area."
