"The hotel is officially a 2-star but I do not know why - it is at least 3 stars IMO as far as the criteria typically used for classification. The two rooms I had reserved were both extremely well-appointed with in-room coffee, jacuzzis, and beautiful views. They were also very quiet. The staff was quite helpful. The only downside, which is really nothing wrong with the hotel itself, is that it is a couple of blocks down from the center of Port Townsend rather than right in the midst of it, but...

"Overbooked, overcharged for 4 nights instead of two. Bad Inventory system. Spend 3 hours In the late evening to try and find a solution for the first night. Told them not to cancel my reservation as I only needed to find a room elsewhere for the first night - and they still cancelled it. Had to call Expedia to get help. Already got charged for these rooms btw. So they tell me to come in the next day and I won’t be charged additionally. Now instead of only being charged $280, I’m being charged...

"This place was SO gross. The only reason why I gave it 1 star is because it wouldn’t let me it give none. The carpet was wrinkled, the walls were unpainted, there was hair in the bathroom, the towels were stained, the toilet paper holder was broken, the shower curtain bar was rusty and it smelled terrible. I would never stay there again and I can’t believe I paid what I did for that. So disappointing. I can’t believe they charge what they do and that this place hasn’t been condemned. It’s...

"I like this place. Very close to soma and close to public transit also. Totally worth the stay."

"The history of the "Alcohol plant" was interesting. The staff were friendly & helpful. It is an older building--so no air conditioning. The view was excellent. We found the room to be clean & in good condition. It was a good value & exellent location; however if you are looking for luxury--this may not be the right choice for you."
