Perfect location right on the harbour. Don't be deterred driving down to drop off luggage as you can exit the other end back up to main road. Good breakfast and atmosphere for drinks.

Lovely comfortable room, modern bathroom, great breakfast and friendly staff. Fantastic location in central Port Isaac. Only negative was noise from other rooms / doors shutting etc as it is an old building

The check in was easy, they even stored my suitcase for a few hours when I arrived early. The room was so very nice with a great view of the harbour. The dinner and breakfast I had at the restaurant were delicious. Best location in town. Beautiful place to visit.

The property was so quaint with excellent location. The staff was very accommodating and Katie was a great help with our luggage We were in the attic bedroom on the highest floor. It was very warm in both bedrooms and all they good give us was one small fan and we had to request that. Two fans are necessary for any comfort.

Very good view of the harbour.Didn’t like the stairs,Low beams.Needs brighter signs warning of low beams would help.Kept banging my head Could do with better selection of food.poor breakfast very greasy.Staff very friendly Had issue when we arrived as our room was given to another couple.Fair play to senior staff They moved the couple to another room.They had to get us some more biscuits as they had eaten them.

Only stayed one night but was thoroughly enjoyed, very welcoming and friendly reception and the breakfast was a delight. Lovely sea-view from room which was well presented clean and warm - we'll be back!

Our room was up several sets of stairs, but as a result had a magnificent view of the port. Since the room was in the roof cavity it had low oak beams and the internal stairs were a potential risk when going to the bathroom at night, but it was lovely to be in a property with such character.

We were on the top floor which has low ceilings. Warnings are well marked so it wasn't a problem. We loved the room and the views. Breakfast was very good.
