"A couple of days before my arrival i contacted the hotel to ask about shuttle - no response. I called, I texted, i used the expedia app etc - no response. I had the local hotel call them and expedia .. no response. I did not want to take local taxi to the hotel late at night so i had to book another hotel last minute - very expensive - all because they could not respond to any contacts. "

"All though I dint use the kitchen, I find the environment very calm, clean and private.. The staff was friendly and there was a lot of shade trees round the yard."

"The staff were fabulous; very helpful and friendly, especially the cleaning staff and security guards (I met several, and they were wonderful and helpful). The room was a good size. It was clean. The bed was very comfortable. Lots of TV channels. It was nice to swim in the pool. Overall, it was a really comfortable stay.
