"Loud hotel .. I was on the 6th floor and heard everything from outside. Bring ear plugs. No bottle waters in the room., fill up the smallest pitcher down the hall in an essential closet. Pass."

"The hotel’s website showed beautiful, remodeled, spacious rooms with views, so I booked a nine-night stay. Unfortunately, what I found was nothing like the photos.
I checked in late and immediately discovered the air conditioning was so loud that sleeping was unimaginable. The sconce between the beds was basically decorative, and the only other lights—four ceiling spots—were programmed to turn off every few minutes.
I requested a room change and was given a much larger room on the first floor...

"The location was great, really big rooms (uncommon for NYC) and everything was very clean. I would love to recommend this hotel however since check-out my opinion has changed. On the day we checked in they were having system problems as they adapted to a new system. No problem as I understand all new things take time. My problem is that they double charged me for my hotel room and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone to solve this problem. I authorized a hold on my CC for security deposit...
